Warning: may be kind of long.

Techno dub-step chicken dance remix. What’s up with that?

St. Louis is really flat. For a Seattle girl—that’s kind of weird. There’s no mountains! There’s not even hills! But their sky is really pretty. And so is the Arch.

It’s funny—it’s not until the last day of the competition that I realized how...
Whooo St. Louis
So this day was much better. :)
To start with, the opening ceremonies was awesome in an epic kind of way, what with all the FIRST celebrities they had there. And Woodie (Woody?) Flowers autographed my sketchbook and said he liked my art! :D He even knew of the college I want to attend (Arts Center College of Design). I was fangirlin’ all over the place.

Core: You're tired.
Ryoko: Am not.
Core: Are too.

Better now
Gosh I love you guys. One dinner at the Spaghetti Factory, some quiet time, phone call to parents, and a comment or too from Interadulation later, and I’m feeling much better. :) Thank you!

She’s been too excited to go potty, I guess.
The rest of us are just stirring. Budgie (my nickname for my little...

Applying FIRST in my daily life
When you’re a part of FIRST, you continually hear about the skills you’re getting by participating—public speaking, better understanding of science and math, teamwork, etc. And it’s true. I’ve used the confidence I’ve gained from working on my team in social situations. I’ve got a better handle on public speaking now, and I can now tell a ratchet apart...
Happy Easter!
Hope you all are enjoying the pretty day. :)
So happy. So so happy.
